This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take full responsibility for the comprehensive campaign strategy and execution across email and SMS, in addition to social media, influencer marketing, and other necessary channels.
• Develop, launch, and enhance campaigns that assist our brand partners in acquiring, engaging, and retaining dedicated customers.
• Oversee our marketing CRM and the systems that facilitate campaign operations.
• Improve campaign performance by evaluating key metrics, conducting creative and audience tests, refining targeting and messaging, and adjusting strategies to enhance outcomes.
• Collaborate directly with brand clients during strategy sessions and reviews; travel occasionally for client meetings, team offsites, and significant events.
• Provide weekly reports to leadership featuring clear insights, recommendations, and results aligned with KPIs.
• Work alongside executive and design teams to launch unified, high-quality campaigns.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing with an emphasis on user acquisition.
• Demonstrated experience managing email and SMS campaigns from start to finish.
• Comfortable taking ownership of both strategy and execution.
• Strong analytical mindset; adept at working with campaign data and performance metrics.
• Experience in testing and scaling multiple acquisition channels (social media, influencer marketing, etc.) and campaigns at once.
• Familiarity with modern marketing technology stacks (CRM, automation tools, attribution, etc.). Experience with Klaviyo is a plus.
• Regular use of AI tools in your workflow (for content creation, analysis, automation).
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English (native or near-native proficiency).
• Comfortable in client-facing situations, engaging with brand partners, and representing AnyRoad in strategic discussions.
• Willing and able to travel periodically for client meetings, team gatherings, and events.
