This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey.
• Accountable for spearheading the development and provision of actionable insights and analyses in response to critical business inquiries.
• Effectively oversee multiple short- and long-term projects to ensure adherence to deadlines while advancing business objectives.
• Assist the key Brand and Marketing teams by delivering daily reporting and analytics.
• Regularly engage with both internal and external stakeholders to pinpoint focus areas within the organization.
• Manage both routine reactive and proactive operational tasks, as well as larger complex projects, while consistently meeting deadlines.
• Develop and maintain datasets, reports, and dashboards.
• Minimum of 2 years of commercial experience in analytics, business intelligence, or data science.
• Proficient in SQL with advanced capabilities.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with a programming language (e.g., Python, R).
• Experience with visualization tools such as Power BI and Tableau, with a preference for Power BI and DAX knowledge.
• Proven experience in leading analytical strategies within commercial environments.
• Ability to confidently present recommendations to key stakeholders, including Senior Leadership.
• Experience working with large, often incomplete, and complex data sets.
• Basic knowledge of sports betting in the United States.
• Demonstrated understanding of the media landscape, common marketing platforms, and both online and offline marketing data and analytics.
• Basic understanding of marketing attribution models.
• Fundamental knowledge of Marketing Mix Modelling.
• Proficient use of the English language in a business context.
