• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies: Collaborate closely with partners to identify opportunities, create customized strategies for paid search, social media marketing, SEO, and web performance, ensuring alignment with measurable ROI objectives.
• Partner relationship management: Oversee relationships with up to 40 partners at once, providing personalized support and high-value communication across various platforms, including email, SMS (via CRM), phone calls, Zoom, and Slack.
• Facilitation of strategic training: Lead training calls confidently, equipping partners and their teams with the knowledge and tools necessary for effective execution and optimization of digital marketing efforts.
• Optimization of performance: Analyze campaign performance and partner feedback, using insights to refine strategies that consistently enhance results and ROI.
• Technologically adept execution: Leverage multiple software tools, such as CRMs (HighLevel), project management systems (ClickUp), and analytics platforms to guarantee smooth execution of campaigns and communications.
• Time management and task prioritization: Manage a high volume of tasks effectively, adapting quickly as needed while maintaining clear communication with internal teams to ensure all projects remain on schedule.
• Customer-focused communication: Uphold a professional and positive "my pleasure" mindset, providing 5-star service that fosters trust and boosts partner satisfaction.
• Cross-functional team collaboration: Work with internal teams to enhance communication and execution, ensuring that all strategies and updates align with the broader goals of the company.
• Industry expertise: Maintain or quickly develop a thorough understanding of the orthodontic and dental sectors to offer partners highly relevant and impactful insights.
• A minimum of 3 years of proven experience in optimizing strategies for measurable results in Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, web performance, and social media marketing.
• Proven ability to design and refine campaigns that drive growth and deliver ROI.
• Must be highly motivated, self-driven, and passionate about leveraging digital marketing expertise to support partner and company growth.
• Demonstrated capability to manage relationships with an average of 40 partners simultaneously while maintaining high levels of service and responsiveness.
• Must possess strong technical skills and the ability to navigate multiple software platforms, including CRMs (HighLevel), project management tools (ClickUp), and analytics dashboards.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate strategies and results clearly and directly to partners and internal teams.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, adept at prioritizing daily tasks and adapting quickly as necessary.
• Experience in crafting and delivering training sessions, confidently guiding teams to enhance their marketing strategies and execution.
• Customer-oriented with a “5-star service” mindset and a professional, positive attitude when addressing partner needs.
• Willingness to learn about the orthodontic and dental industry, with the ability to convert digital marketing strategies into opportunities for practice growth.
• Must have reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated, distraction-free workspace.
