• Serve as the main strategic liaison for designated client accounts.
• Facilitate regular strategy meetings to outline content and campaign direction.
• Assist clients during video recording sessions, including camera setup, lighting, framing, and on-camera delivery.
• Oversee the complete content creation process: scripting, messaging, creative planning, and production workflows.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure content strategy aligns with overarching marketing goals.
• Monitor account progress, KPIs, deliverables, and client feedback.
• Recognize strategic opportunities to enhance performance and foster account growth.
• Maintain high levels of client satisfaction through proactive communication and strategic insights.
• 1–3 years of experience in Account Management, Client Strategy, Content Strategy, or similar client-facing positions.
• Strong knowledge of content marketing, digital marketing strategy, and production workflows.
• Experience in coordinating creative assets (video, photography, branded content).
• Familiarity with video production fundamentals (camera settings, lighting, framing, scripting).
• Comprehensive understanding of marketing funnels and content performance strategy.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and project management capabilities.
• Ability to handle multiple accounts in a fast-paced remote setting.
• Advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
