• Oversee customer relationships and project management for your designated client accounts.
• Actively manage client campaigns, coordinating internal and external resources to deliver outstanding results for customers.
• Provide clients with an exceptional experience throughout the duration of their campaign.
• Prepare professional and precise monthly reports for clients.
• Conduct regular communication with your clients through calls.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and the team of SEO, SEM, & CRO engineers.
• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
• Must possess client-facing experience (Zoom interactions are acceptable!) and demonstrate a personal commitment to client success.
• Experience in B2B client relationship management within a digital marketing agency.
• Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of prioritizing tasks to ensure project completion.
• Proven ability to manage multiple clients concurrently.
• Highly attuned to client satisfaction.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly self-aware and consistently seeking personal improvement.
• Flourish in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
• Strongly goal-oriented with a positive outlook and high energy levels.
• Experience in planning and implementing SEO, social media, content, and local search marketing campaigns.
• Familiarity with WordPress and basic HTML, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMRush, Hubspot, and other SEO analytics tools.
• Certifications in Google Analytics, AdWords, and various other digital marketing and analytics tools are preferred.
