This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York, +3 more states.
• Oversee and facilitate the company's training initiatives, ensuring that all sessions are conducted in a high-quality, engaging, and consistent manner.
• Advocate for and utilize Mondelēz Training and Capability Programs to enhance employee development and performance; address capability gaps throughout the Market.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on Mondelēz Capabilities processes, training programs, and learning resources; contribute to creating a high-performing culture across the Market.
• Provide timely, consistent, and high-quality training to newly hired employees; monitor and report on training effectiveness and performance outcomes to the Region Capabilities Lead.
• Collaborate with the Region Capabilities Lead and Market Analyst to execute on-the-job training that aligns with market priorities and business objectives.
• Conduct field-based coaching focused on selling skills, merchandising excellence, and order writing to reinforce learning and enhance execution.
• Identify skill gaps and customize training strategies to fulfill individual and team requirements while supporting the implementation of new tools, processes, and capability initiatives.
• Lead the Cadence: Foster a culture of ongoing learning, accountability, and development within the market.
• Train the Trainer: Partner closely with the RTMs to ensure the New Hire onboarding processes are adhered to, providing suitable support during the learning phase.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver's license issued by their state of residence.
• High school diploma is mandatory; a college degree is preferred.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in training, field leadership, or retail operations.
• Travel within the assigned market is expected to be 40-60% (up to 3 days in the field per week).
• Strong skills in facilitation and coaching are essential.
• Experience in retail or consumer goods is preferred.
• Ability to travel across designated markets is required.
