This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead conversations directly with customers, potential clients, and strategic partners to identify unmet needs, evolving expectations, barriers to adoption, and areas of demand.
• Evaluate customer and market interest for new capabilities, service modifications, commercial initiatives, and enhancements to the customer experience.
• Combine insights from market analysis, customer feedback, field observations, and partner input to determine commercial value and articulate needs for service evolution and go-to-market strategies.
• Specify target segments, business impacts, and priorities for proposed offerings or service modifications.
• Create comprehensive business cases that encompass market rationale, demand indicators, commercial implications, internal requirements, launch complexities, and strategic alignment.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Pricing, Legal, and customer-facing teams to ascertain capability requirements, process impacts, policy considerations, and associated risks.
• Develop market-oriented logic, positioning, and competitive framing for new offerings and significant service changes.
• Establish overarching go-to-market strategies for approved initiatives, ensuring offerings are clear, marketable, supportable, and easily adoptable.
• Convert market and business-case analyses into roadmap recommendations that outline priorities, sequencing, dependencies, and anticipated value.
• Collaborate with the Senior GTM Program Manager on execution plans, launch protocols, and progress tracking.
• Drive cross-functional alignment and prepare executive-ready recommendations and reports on progress, challenges, dependencies, launch risks, and escalations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8–12 years of experience in ecommerce logistics, parcel delivery, last-mile transportation, or similar market-facing roles.
• Background in service development, commercial strategy, product marketing, business development, or go-to-market leadership.
• Proven experience collaborating across Commercial, Operations, IT, Pricing/Finance, and customer-facing teams to evaluate or launch complex offerings, service changes, or strategic initiatives.
• Strong expertise in developing business cases, market rationales, positioning, and executive-level recommendations.
• Ability to engage directly with large customers, strategic partners, and senior external stakeholders to understand needs and guide roadmap direction.
• Experience in U.S. ecommerce parcel delivery, last-mile logistics, or related services/technologies is preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as required (<20%).
• Exceptional executive communication skills, including presentations, decision memos, issue summaries, and progress reports.
• Strong judgment in prioritization, opportunity evaluation, positioning, and balancing customer demand with internal capabilities.
• Ability to distill fragmented or ambiguous inputs into clear recommendations, priorities, sequencing, dependencies, and expected business value.
