This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the discovery, assessment, and commercialization of market opportunities and service improvements within OnTrac’s portfolio.
• Engage directly with customers, potential clients, strategic partners, and internal teams to evaluate needs, gauge market interest, analyze commercial implications, and propose development or modification priorities.
• Convert insights into business cases, roadmap suggestions, positioning strategies, executive reports, and cross-functional guidance.
• Evaluate customer and market interest in new capabilities, service modifications, commercial initiatives, and experience enhancements.
• Identify target segments, anticipated business impact, and determine whether opportunities should be prioritized, postponed, revised, or declined.
• Create business cases that encompass market rationale, demand indicators, commercial consequences, internal requirements, launch complexities, strategic alignment, and risks.
• Define go-to-market strategies, positioning, competitive context, target audience focus, value propositions, and launch considerations.
• Collaborate with the Senior GTM Program Manager on structured execution plans, launch discipline, and visibility into progress.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment and deliver executive-ready recommendations and reports regarding progress, issues, dependencies, launch risks, and escalation requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 8–12 years of experience in ecommerce logistics, parcel delivery, last mile, transportation, or similar market-facing positions.
• Background in service development, commercial strategy, product marketing, business development, or GTM leadership.
• Proven experience collaborating with Commercial, Operations, IT, Pricing/Finance, and customer-facing teams to evaluate or launch complex offerings, service changes, or strategic initiatives.
• Strong expertise in developing business cases, market rationales, positioning strategies, and executive recommendations.
• Capability to work directly with large clients, strategic partners, and senior external stakeholders to assess needs and guide roadmap direction.
• Experience in U.S. ecommerce parcel delivery, last-mile logistics, or related services and technologies is preferred.
• Willingness to travel occasionally as needed (less than 20%).
• Exceptional executive communication skills, encompassing presentations, decision memos, issue summaries, and progress reporting.
• Strong judgment in prioritization, opportunity assessment, positioning, and balancing customer demand with internal feasibility.
• Ability to translate fragmented, ambiguous, or conflicting inputs into coherent recommendations, priorities, sequencing, dependencies, and expected business value.
