Market Research / Insights Manager - EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling additional services to drive incremental revenue.

• Engage in lead generation and new business initiatives, aiding in the acquisition of new clients and opportunities.

• Oversee and enhance a portfolio of key client accounts (medium to large size/complexity), ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and revenue enhancement.

• Coordinate the execution of medium to complex research projects, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes.

• Provide comprehensive guidance for the development of sampling strategies and monitor fieldwork performance.

• Maintain exceptional daily communication with clients, advising on potential challenges and corrective measures to ensure optimal service and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Track project financials and performance metrics, ensuring projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and meet client expectations.

• Support clients from the EMEA region.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in both account management and/or project management within the market research, consulting, or online panel sectors.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

• Fluency in German is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• A background in Research/Statistics/Data Science is an added advantage.
