Market Research Executive

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Perform both primary and secondary research to pinpoint accounts and contacts that align with the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) across targeted industries and regions.

• Create and sustain high-quality outbound databases, ensuring the contact information is accurate, complete, and ready for campaigns.

• Acquire and enhance data using tools such as Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and various enrichment platforms.

• Develop and refine data enrichment and automation workflows to boost efficiency, coverage, and scalability.

• Ensure CRM cleanliness in HubSpot, which includes data validation, standardization of fields, accuracy of lifecycle stages, and performing regular audits.

• Identify, manage, and remove duplicate accounts and contacts to maintain reliable CRM data.

• Segment accounts and leads based on ICP criteria such as industry, region, revenue, and technology stack, then assign them to Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) and Account Executives (AEs) based on territory or campaign needs.

• Collaborate with Sales, SDR, and Growth teams to assist outbound initiatives and report on database quality, enrichment coverage, and any data gaps.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1.5–3 years of experience in market research, outbound data operations, or sales research positions.

• Practical experience with outbound and enrichment tools such as Clay, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and similar platforms.

• Strong proficiency in HubSpot CRM, including data management, hygiene, and deduplication practices.

• Familiarity with data enrichment workflows, lead sourcing, and outbound prospecting methodologies.

• Basic knowledge of automation, APIs, or scripting (e.g., JavaScript) to optimize data workflows is preferred.

• High attention to detail with the capability to uphold data accuracy and governance standards.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a focus on process-oriented approaches.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills when engaging with Sales, SDR, and Growth teams.
