Market Research, Client Insights Manager – EMEA

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Identify opportunities for expanding accounts and upselling additional services, contributing to incremental revenue generation.

• Engage in lead generation and new business initiatives, aiding in the acquisition of new clients and opportunities.

• Oversee and nurture a portfolio of key client accounts (medium to large size/complexity), ensuring client satisfaction, retention, and revenue growth.

• Coordinate the execution of medium to complex research projects, ensuring timely delivery of results.

• Provide comprehensive guidance on sampling strategy development and monitor fieldwork performance.

• Maintain excellent daily communication with clients, advising on potential obstacles and corrective actions to guarantee optimal service and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

• Monitor project financials and performance metrics, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet client expectations.

• Support clients from the EMEA region.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in account management and/or project management within the market research, consulting, or online panel sectors.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

• Proficiency in German would be advantageous.

• Excellent problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively in a team.

• Proficient in CRM software and the Microsoft Office Suite.

• Background in Research/Statistics/Data Science is a plus.

• Availability to work during European office hours.
