This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.
• Oversee scheduling, document preparation, and logistical coordination for Market Operations deliverables.
• Offer ad hoc administrative assistance to managers and analysts.
• Direct requests and facilitate follow-ups between Market Operations and internal departments.
• Create and format materials for clients, such as meeting agendas, summaries, presentations, and reports.
• Ensure accurate and organized documentation for contracts, renewals, trackers, and templates.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and issue tracking to ensure timely completion.
• Track critical milestones and provide necessary reminders and follow-ups.
• Identify inefficiencies in administrative processes and suggest enhancements.
• Associate degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related discipline preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in administrative support or project coordination roles is required.
• Previous experience in healthcare or managed care is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities with a professional demeanor.
• Capability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with health plan operations or client service environments is preferred.
