Market Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and oversee a sales pipeline targeting companies with annual revenues under $2.5 million.

• Implement merchant sales strategies within the Small Business sector.

• Design and carry out effective sales campaigns to foster growth.

• Deliver regular activity reports and updates on progress to leadership.

• Establish, nurture, and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders and banking partners.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

• Three to five years of relevant sales experience.

• Willingness to travel.

• Five to eight years of relevant sales experience (preferred).

• In-depth understanding of product marketing, client services, and organizational operations (preferred).

• Proven skills in marketing, business development, sales, and negotiation (preferred).

• Strong sales acumen with a demonstrated ability to manage and progress a sales pipeline (preferred).

• Capability to identify, escalate, and creatively resolve client issues (preferred).

• Excellent skills in problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization (preferred).

• Ability to handle multiple tasks, projects, and deadlines concurrently (preferred).

• Outstanding interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities (preferred).

• Strong customer service orientation with consistent follow-up (preferred).

• Demonstrated experience in payment processing; Merchant Services sales experience is highly preferred (preferred).

• Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) software and systems is preferred (preferred).

• Proficient in using Salesforce to manage opportunities and track sales activities (preferred).

• Team-oriented with strong relationship-building abilities (preferred).

• Proven history of achievement, competitiveness, motivation, integrity, and enthusiasm (preferred).
