This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the planning and implementation of net sales, pricing compliance, and brand standards at the local market level.
• Utilize data and analytics tools to evaluate performance and pinpoint growth opportunities.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts and ensure the execution of both national and local initiatives.
• Collaborate with distributor leadership and internal teams to formulate and implement local strategies that align with financial objectives and KPIs.
• Monitor forecasts, manage local pricing strategies, and deliver monthly performance reports.
• A bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
• 5–7 years of experience in sales within the wine, spirits, or consumer goods sectors.
• Proven success in distributor management.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in using data tools to inform decision-making.
