Market Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee performance in relation to clinical and operational metrics

• Inspire, lead, and foster accountability within a team of nurse practitioners, registered nurses, and social workers

• Compile, examine, and interpret performance and health outcome reports

• Develop staffing schedules to enhance efficiency and productivity

• Support the recruitment of clinical staff members

• Implement corporate and regional strategies to ensure high-quality patient care

• Carry out additional assigned responsibilities

• Adhere to the mission and values of Monogram Health

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience managing a high-risk patient population

• Background in leading clinical staff within a care management, managed care, or home health setting

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Salesforce is preferred

• Experience in evaluating clinical and operational performance

• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is mandatory

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in Managed Care or Delegated Risk Partnerships

• Bilingual candidates are preferred
