This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Ensure the WOW (Wow Operating Way) plan is executed consistently across all locations.
• Oversee the operations of all locations within the assigned market through active collaboration with the General Managers of each site.
• Monitor capture rates to ensure that stores are fully leveraging available opportunities.
• Manage and hold all personnel accountable for shop performance by ensuring that all reporting employees comprehend the company mission to WOW every customer and strive to be the best.
• Confirm that staff adhere to standard operating procedures (SOP), while recognizing and documenting both exceptional and substandard performance.
• Serve as the primary contact for load leveling within the market by conducting daily calls.
• Recruit, interview, and train new employees.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by coaching staff and addressing customer concerns as necessary.
• Identify opportunities for ongoing education and professional development for all staff members.
• Engage in external marketing and team-building activities as requested.
• Advocate for safe and clean working environments; review audits and safety records of their locations.
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment and document managers who fail to enforce safety policies.
• Collaborate with corporate staff to drive external growth within the assigned market, ensuring internal reporting and communications meet or exceed the objectives outlined in the area business plan.
• Review location performance against established goals with location managers, providing coaching to ensure all locations are performing to their potential.
• Reach out to all claims managers and dealer accounts at least once a month.
• Conduct monthly operational reviews and in-person audits with location managers, and meet as necessary.
• Promote, develop, and serve as a liaison with area insurance contacts and other referral sources.
• Ensure that stores respond to client inquiries in a timely manner.
• A minimum of five years of experience in the collision repair industry.
• At least three years of management experience.
• ICAR Platinum certification is preferred.
• An estimating license, if applicable in the state.
• Capability to read and interpret financial statements.
• Extensive experience in estimating.
