This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
• Proactively establish, enhance, and maintain relationships within the designated state utilizing virtual tools.
• Aim to broaden national reach through proactive outreach, digital engagement tactics, and tailored consultations.
• Foster growth in deposits and lending by developing robust connections with individuals, businesses, and community entities.
• Create and implement a market expansion strategy to achieve an annual deposit growth of $25MM.
• Identify and target valuable consumer and commercial deposit opportunities.
• Facilitate consultative financial discussions and collaborate with marketing on localized initiatives.
• Conduct focused outreach to achieve measurable growth and engagement within the state portfolio.
• Transition from a virtual presence to a physical branch environment.
• Preferred Bachelor’s degree.
• 5–10+ years of experience in banking or credit union leadership roles.
• A high-performing Branch Manager seeking the next career advancement.
• Demonstrated success in deposit growth.
• Experience with both consumer and business banking.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and strong market connections.
• Excellent business development capabilities.
• Must obtain Lending Product Certification within 12 months.
