This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Identify, map, and evaluate market expansion opportunities for NBS Telecom.

• Organize, oversee, and analyze market data, competitor insights, and consumer behavior in the Telecommunications industry.

• Explore and chart new regions and niches for geographic growth and network infrastructure establishment.

• Create market and financial viability studies for new expansion initiatives.

• Compile executive reports, dashboards, and predictive analytics for direct presentation to the Business Manager.

• Monitor pricing strategies, products, services, and competitor activities, suggesting countermeasures and competitive advantages.

• Recognize technological trends in the Telecom industry and forecast demand in the connectivity and IT sectors.

• Conduct ongoing benchmarking of commercial practices, business models, and go-to-market strategies.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to formulate market penetration and customer retention strategies.

• Keep abreast of market trends and recommend process enhancements and innovations for products and services.

• Engage in company training programs and apply the knowledge gained.

• Adhere to Internal Regulations.

• Acquaint yourself with new products and services offered by the company.

• Actively work to resolve issues.

• Promote and participate in company events and meetings.

• Maintain high standards of ethics and professional conduct.

• Ensure the conservation, maintenance, cleanliness, and proper functioning of equipment and the workplace.

• Organize and update both physical and digital documentation.

• Perform additional duties as assigned by the immediate supervisor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred education includes a Bachelor's degree, Master's degree, postgraduate degree, or MBA.

• Skills in data management and statistical analysis.

• Experience in dashboard development and executive reporting.

• Ability to identify expansion opportunities.

• Strong communication skills.

• Professional experience and academic credentials must be provided during the application process.

• Availability for full-time work.

• Employment under the Brazilian CLT regime (Consolidation of Labor Laws).
