This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +1 more state.
β’ Initiate respectful and thoughtful outreach to leaders in utilities, vendors, and professionals in related industries.
β’ Engage in conversations that emphasize listening, learning, and understanding rather than selling.
β’ Establish credibility through curiosity and by asking industry-relevant questions.
β’ Identify consistent pain points, priorities, and trends within the industry.
β’ Capture the specific language that prospects use to articulate their challenges.
β’ Clearly document insights in the internal knowledge hub or CRM.
β’ When appropriate, transition warm relationships and context to Account Executives or leadership.
β’ Collaborate closely with the Knowledge Curator to organize and tag insights effectively.
β’ Provide constructive feedback on messaging, positioning, and the effectiveness of outreach efforts.
β’ Naturally curious and empathetic individual.
β’ Comfortable engaging with senior professionals.
β’ Strong listening skills coupled with clear communication abilities.
β’ Organized and disciplined in documentation practices.
β’ Eager to learn about the Power & Utilities sector (prior industry experience is not necessary).
β’ Enjoys building relationships without the pressure of 'selling'.
