This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Thailand.
• Serve as the internal leader for designated markets, spearheading their launch and expansion throughout Southeast Asia, primarily focusing on Thailand and Malaysia.
• Formulate market-specific growth plans driven by player behavior, the competitive landscape, regulatory conditions, and commercial prospects.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize new market opportunities that align with the company's growth objectives, while monitoring trends, competitor actions, and player sentiment to highlight opportunities and risks.
• Supervise the localization strategy, which includes language adaptation, content relevance, payment options, and the optimization of player experience.
• Manage the comprehensive launch process for new iGaming platforms and market entries, ensuring operational readiness related to localization, payments, player onboarding, responsible gaming standards, and marketing execution.
• Create and uphold standard operating procedures (SOPs) connected to market launches, operational processes, and scalability frameworks.
• Ensure compliance of all market launches with local licensing, compliance, and regulatory standards, aiding in testing, quality assurance processes, and coordination for the go-live of new market rollouts.
• Collaborate closely with the Acquisition and CRM/Retention teams to bolster growth initiatives across affiliates, paid media, influencers, SEO, and partnerships, offering market insights and local expertise to assist in campaign planning, product positioning, player activation, and sustained market performance.
• Identify market-specific challenges affecting acquisition, conversion, or retention performance, and support the enhancement of player journeys and market-specific conversion funnels.
• Align internal teams on market priorities, opportunities, and operational challenges, providing regular insights, recommendations, and performance updates to leadership.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at boosting launch efficiency and market scalability.
• Over 5 years of experience managing multiple market expansion initiatives within the iGaming sector, demonstrating a successful history of launching and scaling new markets.
• In-depth understanding of acquisition and retention strategies in online casino and/or sportsbook settings.
• Practical experience in Southeast Asian markets, particularly with knowledge of Thailand and/or Malaysia.
• Profound insight into player behavior, localization strategies, and market-specific growth methodologies.
• Proven experience working collaboratively across multiple teams in fast-paced environments.
• Strong commercial acumen, analytical abilities, and communication skills.
