This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota, +1 more state.
• Engage in sales promotion, marketing, and service support activities across a designated territory.
• Identify and conduct product demonstrations for commercial end users.
• Take part in event support activities, including national and regional trade exhibitions.
• Deliver training for dealers, regional/national accounts, and end users within the assigned area.
• Assist in the execution of sales programs and marketing strategies.
• Implement and adhere to company programs, policies, and procedures.
• Maintain company assets, including vehicle, computer, tools, and equipment.
• Travel to clients within the territory using a company-provided vehicle.
• Promote and cultivate overall business growth and customer base to achieve or surpass annual objectives and goals.
• BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• A minimum of 1-3 years of proven sales/marketing experience with documented achievements in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication skills; capable of building rapport across functions, influencing decisions, and setting priorities.
• Proficient in the entire Microsoft Office suite of products.
• Experience with Business Intelligence and CRM systems is preferred.
• Previous experience in Field Sales or product demonstrations is advantageous.
• Willingness to undertake some overnight travel is necessary.
• Flexibility to work extended hours and travel as required, including occasional weekends during peak spring events, is expected.
• Capable and willing to lift 40-50 lbs. up to 5 days per week to set up displays for trade shows and customer marketing activities.
• Eligibility for commission.
