This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Propel clinical demand and enhance the adoption of IDD testing across both primary and secondary care environments in the Nordics region.
• Implement strategic market development initiatives aimed at boosting testing utilization and enhancing access to diagnostic solutions.
• Engage, persuade, and cultivate robust relationships with key opinion leaders, clinicians, healthcare professionals, and laboratory stakeholders.
• Assist Account Managers in the development and execution of collaborative projects and pathway changes that foster commercial growth.
• Identify and cultivate new market opportunities that align with business strategy and regional priorities.
• Work collaboratively across functions with Sales, Marketing, Market Development, and MSA teams to ensure cohesive commercial execution.
• Track market trends and customer needs through ongoing stakeholder engagement and participation in significant industry meetings.
• Achieve revenue growth, expand test volume, and meet annual operating plan (AOP) targets.
• Maintain precise forecasting, reporting, and CRM records to facilitate effective business planning and execution.
• A Master’s Degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Business, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Alternatively, a Bachelor’s Degree combined with substantial relevant commercial experience may be acceptable.
• At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, diagnostics, healthcare, or similar scientific fields.
• Experience in healthcare, patient care, hospital, or laboratory settings is strongly preferred.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or surpassing sales targets and nurturing strategic accounts.
• Experience in managing sales teams and operating within CE-IVD, IVDR, and MedTech Code environments.
• Demonstrated capacity to manage complex sales cycles and multiple business opportunities concurrently.
• Proficient in utilizing CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, along with Microsoft Office applications.
• Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional regional languages is highly desirable.
• A valid driver’s license and a willingness to travel up to 70% as necessary.
