This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Play a key role in maintaining and growing the current business, while also attracting new customers, applications, and partnerships in quantum-related markets.
β’ Identify major players, ecosystems, and value chains within pertinent quantum segments.
β’ Gain a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and requirements through regular engagement and site visits.
β’ Assist in the development of business cases and contribute to discussions regarding products and roadmaps related to quantum technology.
β’ Interact with strategic accounts early on to meet customer needs and foster long-term business relationships.
β’ Seek out, assess, and cultivate new business opportunities in the realm of quantum technology markets.
β’ Comprehend customer requirements and applications, translating market insights into actionable commercial prospects.
β’ Actively engage in trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and industry events pertinent to key accounts and the quantum sector.
β’ A degree in a STEM discipline (Master's degree or higher preferred).
β’ A minimum of five years of professional experience in key account management, business development, sales, or market development within the fields of photonics, quantum technology, or other related high-tech industries.
β’ Demonstrated capability to establish, manage, and enhance long-lasting key account relationships.
β’ Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to assessing markets and opportunities.
