This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Alabama, +4 more states.
• Identify and secure sales opportunities aligned with strategic objectives and financial goals.
• Analyze opportunities within the territory and assess customer requirements.
• Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key decision-makers.
• Support the launch of new promotional initiatives.
• Develop and execute solution-oriented sales strategies.
• Deliver exceptional customer support.
• Conduct sales presentations and offer product training.
• Create and implement business plans as specified by channel-specific marketing initiatives.
• Facilitate sales fundamentals and channel-specific training programs.
• Gather intelligence on competitors’ activities and formulate strategies to counter their influence within the assigned territory.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience.
• Familiarity with the OEM role in a two-step distribution model.
• Previous experience with SAP, Salesforce, or similar CRM systems.
• Background in renewables, utilities, battery, solar, power generation, or installed equipment.
• Analytical skills to comprehend key business metrics.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently in a field-based position.
• Demonstrated ability to implement process enhancements within a matrix organization.
• Skills in building robust interpersonal relationships.
• Strong negotiation abilities.
• Outstanding time-management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across diverse audiences.
• Proficient presentation skills.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite.
