• Formulate and implement AMP's offtake strategy, including organics, in collaboration with AMP's Product team — identify, validate, and commercialize new outlets and technologies that shift economics from cost to value.
• Collaborate with the Product team to prepare and oversee high-quality carbon credit program applications, ensuring precision, completeness, and alignment with AMP's organics strategy and value-generation objectives.
• Assist the Engineering and Operations teams to verify technical feasibility and feedstock compatibility for all new pathways; manage feedstock testing and acceptance validation.
• Develop and sustain AMP's partner network — build relationships with processors, converters, and technology developers across the bioeconomy, fuels, and materials sectors.
• Direct inbound feedstock strategy for AMP-operated facilities. Establish volume and pricing targets linked to facility operating budgets. Supervise the team responsible for securing, negotiating, and managing all inbound supply streams.
• Achieve above-budget inbound volume while safeguarding margins. Ensure that contracted and spot inbound tonnage meets or exceeds plans, maintaining disciplined control over rates and inbound-offtake spread. Manage the team’s pipeline, deal flow, and execution to ensure reliable supply and optimize financial performance.
• Lead and oversee AMP's offtake sales function — manage pricing, contracting, and customer relationships across all operating facilities.
• Standardize offtake modeling — create pro formas, risk frameworks, and pricing structures that facilitate consistent evaluation and negotiation across projects.
• Provide guidance to commercial originators on optimal, specific offtake strategies tailored to each project and market context, as well as for all proposals and solicitation responses.
• Work with Government Affairs and commercial originators to strategically position AMP for regional success in organics offtake markets through targeted policy and stakeholder engagement.
• Create market collateral — collaborate with Marketing and Commercial to effectively communicate AMP's offtake strategy and value creation to municipal and private customers.
• Spearhead origination and deal execution for strategic customers – including advanced recyclers, petrochemical firms, and materials producers – where AMP's systems can function as integrated feedstock or offtake solutions.
• Propel the integration of future acquisitions by identifying high-value revenue pathways and securing offtakes to unlock and maximize post-acquisition returns.
• Mentor and develop team members responsible for offtake sales and market analysis, establishing a scalable structure to support AMP's expanding facility network.
• A minimum of 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in recycling, renewable fuels, organics processing, energy, or other sectors that involve the commercialization of technically complex products or infrastructure.
• Background may stem from adjacent industries where success relies on structuring, pricing, and negotiating multi-stakeholder commercial agreements—for instance, advanced manufacturing, commodities, or project finance.
• Proven ability to convert technical or operational details into clear commercial value propositions and to lead external negotiations to a successful close.
