Market Development Engineer – Power Supply, Electronics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Collaborate effectively with our field-based FAE sales teams and account managers to optimize the flow of opportunities into the power sales funnel, thereby boosting the potential for closing deals across Germany and Austria.

• Design customized AC/DC, DC/DC, and inverter power supplies, as well as complete value-added solutions, utilizing our portfolio of world-class power supply manufacturer partners and our own power supply design center.

• Manage supplier relationships to enhance project support for Arrow within the designated region.

• Oversee a sales project funnel pipeline from initial opportunities to final bookings.

• Propose the most suitable technical-commercial power solutions for our clients.

• Represent and present the Arrow Power Group.

• Provide support and training for our sales representatives on technical matters.

• Aim to increase power supply bookings, billings, profit, and design wins within the region, aligning with monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience with Switch Mode Power supplies.

• Proficient in managing power project funnels and pipelines.

• Knowledge of electricity standards related to power solutions.

• A completed degree in electronic engineering or a related field.

• Proficiency in German at a native level and business fluent in English.

• Familiarity with AC/DC power supplies.

• Knowledge of DC/DC converters or on-board power conversion.

• Ability to discuss customer-specific power solutions with engineering teams.

• Understanding of energy systems.

• Experience with charging systems and inverters.
