Market Administrator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.

📋 Description

• Driving customer satisfaction by ensuring excellence in installation, enhancing process efficiencies, and maintaining outstanding communication.

• Safeguarding and promoting the brand by delivering a 5-star experience throughout product installations and interactions with customers.

• Overseeing the entire project life cycle and ensuring the accuracy of project documentation.

• Generating and managing reports related to projects and work activities.

• Serving as the primary point of contact for market customers regarding measurements, projects, and warranty concerns.

• Ensuring prompt handling of warranty requests in accordance with standard operating procedures.

• Evaluating service requests to determine warranty coverage.

• Submitting chargebacks for labor warranty to installers.

• Processing payments for services that incur charges.

• Coordinating the scheduling of project measurements and warranty services.

• Managing project workflows and documentation through reports.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of prior experience in customer service within home improvement, replacement contracting, home services, or related fields.

• High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Capability to work independently.

• Proficient in problem-solving and collaborating with others to achieve solutions.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Ability to accurately type 40+ words per minute.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office and online systems/CRMs (e.g., Salesforce.com).
