Maps Personalization Quality Reviewer, French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Examine rater worksheets to ensure compliance with formatting standards.

• Validate that responses are logically sound and correspond with the designated scenarios.

• Evaluate ratings and rationales for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

• Ensure that necessary screenshots, retrievals, and evidence of personalization adhere to project guidelines.

• Deliver clear, concise, and actionable feedback; request corrections when necessary.

• Identify ambiguous cases, systemic problems, or gaps in guidelines and communicate these to the project team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must reside in Canada and possess legal authorization to work there.

• An active Gmail account that is currently in use.

• Demonstrated experience in quality auditing or QA review (such as content evaluation, relevance, or similar roles).

• Knowledge of maps/local search user experiences and concepts related to personalization.

• Strong skills in spreadsheet applications (Google Sheets or equivalent).

• Exceptional attention to detail and consistent adherence to guidelines.

• Clear written communication skills and a constructive approach to providing feedback.
