Manufacturing SAP Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design and enhancement of SAP Manufacturing processes across relevant modules (e.g., PP, QM, MES/MFE, PM).

• Aid in the preparation, transformation, and migration of data for SAP implementations.

• Collect and convert business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

• Manage solution design coordination within SAP and associated systems.

• Work together with integration teams to ensure effective system connectivity and data flows.

• Support integration efforts utilizing SAP PI/PO and/or SAP BTP Integration Suite.

• Take part in regional and global SAP implementations and upgrades.

• Collaborate closely with Manufacturing stakeholders to ensure SAP solutions meet operational needs.

• Maintain documentation, compliance, and system consistency across various sites.

• Offer functional expertise during testing, go-live, and hyper-care phases.

• Create materials and updates for stakeholder meetings and governance forums.

⛳️ Requirements

• Solid experience in SAP Manufacturing processes and comprehensive flows across relevant modules (e.g., PP, QM, MES/MFE, PM).

• Knowledge of SAP integration principles (PI/PO and/or SAP BTP Integration Suite).

• Background in SAP implementation or enhancement initiatives.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Capability to coordinate across various functional and technical teams.

• Methodical and analytical approach to work.

• Proficient at influencing and achieving results without direct authority over resources.

• Proficient in English (both spoken and written).

• Willingness to travel as needed.
