• Recruiter focused on fulfilling the business requirements of a key client.

• Link motivated candidates to available job positions.

• Develop a robust pipeline of candidates and establish loyal client relationships.

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from start to finish.

• Champion candidates in their pursuit of career opportunities.

• Provide outstanding hiring experiences for both clients and candidates.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of recruiting experience (specifically in hiring CDL Drivers and Field Technicians is necessary).

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.

• An associate’s or bachelor’s degree is preferred.
