Manufacturing Inside Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and develop opportunities in preventive maintenance, training, technical services, software, consumables, parts, and aftermarket support.

• Integrate advanced manufacturing technologies to assist Federal clients in minimizing downtime, prolonging equipment lifespan, and achieving their production goals.

• Challenge the status quo, innovate new service offerings, and identify previously overlooked opportunities.

• Establish reliable partnerships throughout every phase of the machine life cycle.

• Quickly gain expertise in the territory and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

• Utilize CRM data to provide an accurate sales forecast within the initial 90 days.

• Collaborate with sales, service, contracting, and technical teams.

• Translate intricate Federal requirements into straightforward, effective strategies.

• Increase life-cycle revenue while enhancing manufacturing and Federal contracting knowledge.

• Assist in positioning Phillips Corporation as a premier supplier of manufacturing technology to the Federal government.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within a technical environment, ideally in manufacturing technology.

• Essential proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (or other CRM platforms).

• Must be at ease selling and communicating with executive, engineering, and technician levels within the U.S. Federal Government.

• U.S. citizenship is mandatory for this position.
