📋 Description

• Respond to calls in a courteous and professional manner

• Provide accurate and complete message delivery

• Support communication between clients and individuals with limited English proficiency

• Participate in internal professional development training

• Adhere to the dress code standards for video remote interpreting

• Qualified remote interpreters

• Knowledge of healthcare and medical terminology

• Adherence to the Interpreter's code of ethics

• Willingness to pursue additional professional certifications

• Ability to take notes during calls
