This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• You will collaboratively develop a high-impact marketing campaign for our new ZPP course — from initial concept through to measurable results.
• Assume complete ownership of the entire user journey and partner with the founders to create engaging flyers and viral social media content.
• Contribute to communication strategies informed by psychology to ensure the course effectively reaches the appropriate relatives and caregivers.
• Enhance the target-group perspective by understanding and addressing their needs, barriers, and motivations.
• Evaluate and analyze target-audience messaging (What is effective? Which messages/formats lead to higher sign-up rates?).
• Currently enrolled in a Psychology degree program (Bachelor’s or Master’s).
• Interest in content tailored for individuals with mental health conditions and their relatives/caregivers.
• Independent and structured working style.
• Fundamental skills in Google Workspace, Canva, and social media (particularly Instagram).
• Commitment, creativity, empathy, and teamwork are your strengths.
• Previous achievements or a strong interest in campaigns, content creation, or market research will make you an exceptional candidate.
• In-depth insights into digital marketing for social causes.
• Flexible working hours (20–30 hrs/week) with significant responsibility and a measurable impact on mental health.
