Mandarin-English Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative

• Respond to incoming customer calls efficiently

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience in customer service

• Proficient in both English and Mandarin

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification

• Strong empathy, patience, and attentiveness to customers' needs

• Comfortable using computer systems and Windows-based applications

• A dedicated, distraction-free workspace at home

• A secure, high-speed wired internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)
