
Mandarin Bilingual – Virtual Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Support the management of client calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings in both English and Mandarin.
• Act as a liaison between clients and their Mandarin-speaking patients/providers, ensuring effective communication and comprehension.
• Translate key documents, emails, and communications from English to Mandarin and vice versa, ensuring precision and cultural relevance.
• Provide administrative assistance, including data entry, record maintenance, and report creation, with a focus on detail and confidentiality.
• Handle customer service inquiries, responding to questions or concerns promptly and professionally in both languages.
• Collaborate efficiently with the team to ensure consistent communication and high-quality service delivery.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken) is essential.
• Demonstrated experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a comparable administrative position.
• Strong organizational abilities with the capacity to manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other pertinent software.
• Knowledge of healthcare terminology is advantageous.
• Capability to work independently and adjust to shifting priorities and workloads.
• Keen attention to detail and a strong commitment to client confidentiality.
• Rate is as high as $1200 (USD) monthly
