📋 Description

• Oversee a pod and take responsibility for its output and team members within the entire employer-immigration landscape for corporate clients.

• Manage key client relationships directly.

• Establish the quality standards for attorneys collaborating with you.

• Mentor and guide attorneys by defining benchmarks, evaluating challenging decisions, and fostering career development.

• Work alongside Practice Leaders to ensure pod-level quality and outcomes are achieved.

• Guarantee that the pod meets both volume and quality objectives.

• Retain and inspire talent within the team.

• Exemplify Manifest's values and advocate for technology, efficiency, and innovation in everyday operations.

• Collaborate with firm leadership to enhance the Manifest brand and ensure the pod aligns with the firm's culture and standards.

• Work in conjunction with the talent team to enhance referrals and network-building efforts.

⛳️ Requirements

• J.D. degree.

• Active admission to the U.S. bar.

• Over 10 years of experience in employment-based immigration matters for corporate clients.

• Extensive knowledge in employment-based immigration issues.

• Strong understanding of employer compliance responsibilities.

• Proven history of leading and developing attorneys.

• Experience in managing personnel and enhancing their performance.

• Experience focused on team results rather than individual case loads.

• Excellent judgment regarding case strategy and quality.

• Ability to review work, pinpoint weaknesses, and guide attorneys toward improvements.

• Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

• Willingness to leverage Manifest's AI tools and technology as a means to enhance performance.
