Managing Global Business Operations – Online Facilitation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Offer subject matter expertise to a cohort of 25-30 online undergraduate students

• Assist in developing skills such as academic writing, research, and time management

• Facilitate one-on-one and small group tutoring sessions

• Advise students on pertinent reference materials

• Evaluate assessments with comprehensive feedback

• Oversee discussion forums

• Deliver proactive, timely, and personalized support for student inquiries and challenges

⛳️ Requirements

• PG/Doctoral degree with distinction or first-class honors from a prestigious university in India

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in corporate environments and/or teaching in relevant disciplines at a recognized university or college

• Possess an empathetic, ambitious, warm, and outgoing demeanor

• Fluent in English; exceptional oral and written communication skills

• Must have a functional laptop and access to a high-speed (>10 MBPS) reliable internet connection

• Capability to quickly learn and utilize technology platforms for engaging with students
