This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Direct the strategy and implementation of new business development across the Commercial and Employee Benefit sectors.
β’ Ensure that the region achieves its new business goals.
β’ Foster and maintain a high-performance culture by recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining a successful team of Advisors and Business Development Leaders.
β’ Formulate and implement innovative new business development strategies.
β’ Analyze leading market trends within the industry to identify new opportunities.
β’ Mentor and provide support and coaching to leaders and Advisors to enhance their success in their roles.
β’ Provide monthly reports on regional sales performance and recommend creative sales techniques.
β’ Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales leadership roles.
β’ At least 10 years of experience in direct or outside sales, with a focus on consultative selling.
β’ A minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial insurance.
β’ Familiarity with Agency Management Systems and/or CRM-related software.
β’ Basic proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
