Managing Director, Public Health Services

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Massachusetts.

📋 Description

• Acting as the Managing Director for PHS Helplines, guiding HRiA’s PHS cluster.

• Crafting and implementing the overarching vision and strategic direction for the PHS cluster.

• Defining and promoting strategic objectives to enhance and maintain the cluster’s portfolio.

• Creating and overseeing the cluster's budget management.

• Leading, mentoring, and providing support to senior leaders within the team.

• Tracking and executing project work plans, achieving project milestones, and ensuring the timely delivery of high-quality products and services within budget.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership or management experience in public health programs of comparable scope and scale.

• Proven track record of successfully managing a team of at least 30 individuals, along with overseeing a program portfolio generating $8 to $10M in revenue.

• Established expertise, experience, and knowledge within the substance use, problem gambling, and/or behavioral health treatment "ecosystem."

• A Master’s degree in public health or a related field; alternatively, a Bachelor’s degree accompanied by eight additional years of pertinent work experience.

• Demonstrated experience in securing and managing substantial federal or state contracts.

• Proven success in managing and supervising large, diverse teams of staff and consultants.

• Outstanding skills in client and partner engagement.

• Exceptional abilities in team management.
