• Oversee a portfolio of national foundation partners with substantial investments

• Create customized cultivation and stewardship strategies

• Maintain multi-tiered relationships with program officers and senior executives

• Implement effective grant management and monitor pipeline trends

• Guide and mentor team members on portfolio management

• More than 10 years of experience managing intricate institutional relationships

• Proven experience with national foundations and managing seven-figure portfolios

• Exceptional skills in relationship-building

• Outstanding communication skills

• Strategic thinking and a systems-oriented approach to operations

• Experience in education or related fields is preferred
