This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for leading and nurturing a team of Directors of Sales within a designated region or business segment.
• Enhances sales performance through leadership development.
• Converts regional strategies into actionable execution plans at the district and market levels.
• Fosters strong relationships with dealers.
• Enhances market performance and supports P&L outcomes across the assigned districts.
• Oversees performance execution across districts, ensuring Directors of Sales achieve business goals.
• Identifies performance gaps, manages expenses effectively, and consistently prioritizes company objectives.
• Acts as a crucial liaison between the Regional Vice President of Sales and the field sales team.
• Guarantees consistent execution of sales strategies, dealer initiatives, performance standards, financial discipline, and leadership expectations across all districts and markets.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience is required.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in sales leadership, field leadership, business development, financial services, or complex relationship management.
• A proven history of driving business results and P&L outcomes through leadership and team efforts.
• Strong grasp of sales execution, market performance, dealer development, field leadership, and the financial metrics influencing business performance.
• Proficient in utilizing data, reporting, financial insights, and business metrics to discern trends, assess performance, and initiate action.
• Excellent communication, influence, decision-making, and change leadership capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to lead in a dynamic, fast-paced business environment.
• Established leadership presence in team meetings, field interactions, dealer discussions, and cross-functional collaborations.
• Skilled in building trust, enhancing engagement, and fostering a culture of high accountability.
• Willingness to travel 50% to 75% based on business requirements.
