Managing Director, Investment Banking – Infrastructure M&A Advisory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Identify and seek out new business opportunities that align with Agentis’ platform and growth objectives.

• Lead pitch presentations to secure mandates with the assistance of a skilled and experienced team.

• Achieve individual and company revenue targets through successful deal closures.

• Act as the main point of contact for investors, C-suite executives, board members, and government representatives.

• Establish long-lasting partnerships with institutional investors, including pension funds, private wealth offices, and infrastructure private equity firms.

• Provide senior-level guidance on M&A, capital raising, and complex financing structures across various infrastructure sectors.

• Advise clients on the implications of market dynamics, industry trends, and regulatory changes.

• Lead, inspire, and mentor deal teams to fulfill execution deliverables, staffing commitments, and performance goals.

• Assist in the recruitment and development of top-tier talent to sustain a competitive practice.

• Oversee the entire deal execution process, ensuring that deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms meet client expectations and the firm’s standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of ten years of experience in infrastructure investment banking or financial advisory, showcasing a proven track record in origination, business development, and client relationship management.

• Proven ability to structure, execute, and finalize infrastructure investment mandates.

• Strong capabilities in deal management and technical delivery.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to perform well under pressure and consistently produce high-quality work within strict deadlines to meet team and client objectives, often while being geographically dispersed.

• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

• While all investment professionals are encouraged to apply, preference will be given to candidates with experience in renewables or digital infrastructure.
