This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Lead Accruent’s EMEA operations, responsible for regional growth, retention, profitability, and overall performance.
• Formulate and implement regional strategies that align with global priorities.
• Represent the EMEA region in global leadership discussions while providing market and customer insights.
• Direct sales and account management teams to meet ARR, retention, bookings, and pipeline objectives.
• Oversee forecasting, territory planning, account prioritization, deal governance, pricing, contract strategies, and deal quality.
• Promote value-based selling that emphasizes customer outcomes, new client acquisition, and business expansion.
• Collaborate with regional and global partner leaders to foster partner-driven growth.
• Manage Customer Success, including onboarding, adoption, retention, and maximizing long-term customer value.
• Advocate for customer needs with Product, Support, and Engineering teams.
• Assist Solutions Consulting through demonstrations, technical support, and consultative sales assistance.
• Build, mentor, and expand high-performing regional teams.
• Set accountability measures, performance expectations, and talent development strategies.
• Identify strategic growth opportunities within European markets.
• Enhance strategic partnerships, market penetration, thought leadership, and engagement with customers and partners.
• Ensure compliance with regional legal, regulatory, and financial standards.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Marketing, Product, Customer Success, and Operations teams.
• Achieve objectives related to ARR, retention, bookings, pipeline, profitability, customer satisfaction, adoption, and forecast accuracy.
• Proven experience in senior leadership roles managing a region or large business unit within a SaaS or enterprise software landscape.
• Successful track record in leading sales, account management, customer success, and pre-sales in growth or transformational settings.
• Deep understanding of European markets, including the UK, Germany, Netherlands, Nordics, France, and Ireland.
• Relevant industry experience spanning Corporate, Retail, Education, Government, Utilities, Energy, and Oil & Gas sectors.
• Familiarity with asset-intensive, facilities, workplace, and distributed enterprise environments.
• Proven ability to drive growth through both direct and partner-led commercial strategies.
• History of building high-performing teams, nurturing talent, and establishing commercial discipline and accountability.
• Strategic thinker with strong operational execution, data-driven decision-making skills, and a focus on measurable business outcomes.
• Exceptional communication abilities and executive presence.
• Capability to influence global teams, partners, customers, and senior stakeholders.
