📋 Description

• Oversee intricate cross-border investigations of high importance, directly engaging with clients to deliver findings in a structured, clear, and timely manner.

• Exceptional writing abilities, employing critical thinking to articulate ideas logically and fluently; prior experience in drafting investigative reports and/or trial/appellate briefs is essential.

• Oversee project profitability, manage cost controls, revenue forecasts, and employee performance.

• Cultivate client relationships and act as a trusted advisor on delicate issues.

• Foster practice expansion through business development initiatives and market participation.

• Ensure client goals and expectations are achieved promptly by responding swiftly to high-profile cases.

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) is mandatory.

• Familiarity with emerging technologies, including AI, digital assets, and various digital investigation tools like Maltego.

• Experience in Big Law, a reputable boutique law firm, the US Attorneys’ Office, or related prosecutorial roles; former Federal Agent with substantial trial experience is also acceptable.

• Proven track record in managing multiple large, high-profile, and complex cross-border cases.

• Established capability to enhance client relationships and drive business growth.

• Background in handling urgent, high-visibility, or sensitive cases.
