This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and pursue new M&A advisory opportunities in digital infrastructure, including data centers, fiber, and towers, as well as related energy sectors, in alignment with Agentis’ platform and growth strategy.
• Lead and assist in the origination of SPAC targets and the execution of de-SPAC processes, evaluating both private and public companies based on SPAC-over-alternatives criteria.
• Deliver compelling pitch presentations to secure mandates, supported by a skilled and experienced team.
• Achieve individual and firm revenue objectives through successful deal closures, encompassing SPAC and de-SPAC mandates.
• Act as the main point of contact for investors, C-suite executives, board members, and governmental representatives.
• Foster long-term relationships with institutional investors such as pension funds, private wealth offices, and infrastructure-focused private equity firms.
• Provide high-level advice on M&A, capital raising, and complex financing structures within digital infrastructure and related sectors.
• Initiate and support financial advisory mandates as needed, leveraging sector expertise and target screening capabilities across both private and public market opportunities.
• Counsel clients on the implications of market dynamics, industry trends, and regulatory changes.
• Lead, inspire, and mentor deal teams to accomplish execution deliverables, staffing obligations, and performance goals.
• Manage the complete execution of advisory and de-SPAC mandates, ensuring that work products, timelines, and commercial terms meet both client and firm standards.
• At least ten years of investment banking or financial advisory experience with a focus on digital infrastructure, particularly in data centers, fiber, and towers, demonstrating a successful track record in origination, business development, and client relationship management.
• Proven expertise in structuring, executing, and finalizing sell-side M&A and related advisory mandates.
• Strong preference for familiarity with SPAC and de-SPAC processes, as well as public company M&A.
• Excellent deal management and technical delivery skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capability to perform under pressure and consistently produce high-quality work within strict deadlines to fulfill team and client goals, often in geographically dispersed settings.
• Openness and ability to travel both domestically and internationally as required.
