📋 Description

• Identify and seek out new M&A advisory opportunities in digital infrastructure sectors (including data centers, fiber, and towers) and related energy fields, in line with Agentis’ platform and growth objectives.

• Lead and facilitate SPAC target identification and de-SPAC execution, evaluating private and public companies against SPAC-over-alternatives criteria.

• Deliver pitch presentations to secure mandates with the assistance of a skilled and experienced team.

• Achieve individual and firm revenue goals through effective deal closures, encompassing SPAC and de-SPAC mandates.

• Act as the main point of contact for investors, C-suite executives, board members, and government representatives.

• Cultivate long-lasting partnerships with institutional investors, including pension funds, private wealth offices, and infrastructure private equity firms.

• Provide expert advice on M&A, capital raising, and intricate financing structures within digital infrastructure and related sectors.

• Initiate and support financial advisory mandates as needed, leveraging sector knowledge and target-screening abilities across private and public market opportunities.

• Counsel clients on the implications of market dynamics, industry trends, and regulatory changes.

• Lead, inspire, and mentor deal teams to fulfill execution requirements, staffing obligations, and performance targets.

• Supervise the complete execution of advisory and de-SPAC mandates, ensuring that deliverables, timelines, and commercial terms align with client and firm expectations.


⛳️ Requirements

• At least ten years of experience in investment banking or financial advisory with a focus on digital infrastructure (data centers, fiber, and towers), along with a proven history in origination, business development, and client relationship management.

• Proven capability to structure, execute, and finalize sell-side M&A and related advisory mandates.

• Strong familiarity with SPAC / de-SPAC processes and public company M&A is highly preferred.

• Excellent deal management and technical delivery skills.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Capacity to work under pressure and consistently deliver high-quality results within stringent deadlines to meet team and client goals (often while being geographically dispersed).

• Willingness and capability to travel both domestically and internationally as necessary.
