This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Demonstrate expertise as a thought leader and reliable consultant in the life sciences sector.
• Create unique and innovative solutions tailored for clients.
• Achieve profitable business outcomes by sourcing, selling, and managing projects.
• Play a key role in the growth and development of the firm.
• Establish the business direction and strategy, providing thought leadership and ensuring overall growth and scalability of the advisory services.
• Develop a deep understanding of client needs, transforming these insights into customized service offerings.
• Supervise the design, development, and execution of solutions that ensure success in every client engagement.
• Leverage personal network to secure and lead an annual business portfolio worth $3 million.
• Formulate comprehensive strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals, craft persuasive pitches, and lead contract negotiations to finalize business agreements.
• Generate thought leadership to take advantage of industry trends and create innovative solutions and capabilities.
• Act as the champion of team and company culture; promote a culture of excellence, collaboration, and growth.
• Build and sustain a high-performing global team, enhancing contributions beyond individual sales and business portfolios.
• Manage and develop multiple delivery teams across various accounts to ensure successful project execution with a “right first time” quality standard.
• Lead initiatives that enhance the firm, focusing on individual and team development, as well as annual strategic business planning.
• Collaborate in the ongoing growth and development of Red Nucleus.
• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related business fields; advanced degrees in Life Sciences and/or an MBA are preferred.
• Over 10 years of experience in management consulting, advisory services, and/or strategy and change management specifically within Life Sciences.
• A proven track record of successfully selling, delivering, and increasing consulting revenues, with sourced sales exceeding at least $3 million in the last 2-3 years.
• Demonstrated expertise in Commercial Consulting.
• Strong executive presence.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities, both verbal and written.
• Capability to leverage an external network to enhance market positioning.
• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities effectively.
• Ability to lead client engagements and manage accounts.
• Skills to attract, retain, mentor, and develop team members.
• Ability to establish trust with clients at all levels, from Directors to C-suite executives.
• Must possess a collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
• Proficiency in CRM software, project management tools, and the Microsoft Office Suite, with proven skills in Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Must be capable of managing work-life balance for oneself and mentoring team members accordingly.
