This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +1 more state.
• Building and expanding a portfolio of business clients within our targeted segment.
• Overseeing a portfolio of current business relationships.
• Emphasizing new business development, client acquisition, the growth of existing relationships, and client retention.
• Partnering with bank associates within their designated markets to ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Achieving targeted growth objectives aligned with our core KPIs.
• Establishing and sustaining a network of business contacts, centers of influence (COIs), community leaders, and other referral sources.
• Efficiently managing and increasing the pipeline in accordance with production expectations.
• Identifying opportunities and presenting compelling credit proposals and memos for review.
• Applicants must possess a minimum of 3+ years of experience in Business Banking Relationship Management sales.
• At least 5+ years of experience in managing relationships/banking.
• Candidates should have knowledge of various treasury management products and services.
• Experience in business/commercial credit, financial analysis techniques, and lending policies is required.
• A demonstrated track record of success in business development and commercial loan origination.
• Preference will be given to candidates with advanced degrees (Associates, Bachelor’s, and/or Master’s), although a High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
• Proven skills in relationship management are essential.
