This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malta.

📋 Description

• Establish the brand's vision and strategic direction to ensure optimal market alignment and profitability.

• Oversee the implementation and execution of this strategy while adhering to relevant regulatory guidelines.

• Spearhead and execute commercial and business development initiatives.

• Take charge of product research and innovation brainstorming, ensuring products stay in sync with market trends and developments.

• Manage daily brand operations, including player acquisition, retention, player operations, and casino management.

• Ensure the business consistently meets market compliance requirements.

• Own the P&L, accountable for the company's financial success.

• Advocate for the company's culture and values locally, ensuring alignment with the group's standards.

• Lead and nurture teams towards success while promoting a strong sense of ownership.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in leading iGaming brands within regulated markets is essential.

• A proven history of owning and expanding a brand or business unit with comprehensive P&L responsibility.

• Demonstrated capability to define and implement a long-term brand vision and commercial strategy.

• Proficiency in monitoring and enhancing casino performance.

• Experience in leading small, efficient teams.

• Willingness to engage hands-on when necessary.

• Excellent communication skills.

• Strong analytical mindset with familiarity in utilizing reporting tools and KPIs.

• Solid functional and technical knowledge of iGaming products.

• Effective people leader with experience in building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
