• Work closely with RIA advisors to synchronize tax strategies with clients' investment, retirement, and estate plans—actively participating in client meetings and prospect discussions as a vital member of the advisory team.

• Tech-savvy and process-oriented, with a keen interest in utilizing modern tools (including AI-assisted workflows) to enhance quality service delivery.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills—capable of building trust with both advisors and end clients, and bringing genuine authority to advisory discussions.
• Competitive base salary with variable compensation.
• Opportunities for profit sharing.
